Online coaching has been gaining in popularity over the past few years given the ease of access to your favorite coach no matter the distance. Despite the distance between us, rest assured that our approach is premised on a framework of regular communication and time-honored audits of your progress and performance. Whatever your schedule or equipment constraints we build you a plan to get the upmost from your investment.

As nutrition is the baseline of performance and body transformation, let us also take charge of your meal planning and help you towards your personal goals. Integrating specific cooking methods, herbal teas, herbs and spices, stress management methods, functional neurology and lifestyle factors where appropriate to really manipulate the biochemistry of the body as a whole – thus having an inverse relationship on body composition and performance.

Nutrition is the baseline of performance and body transformation. Whether talking about recovery, strength, hypertrophy or fat loss, what you eat is the basis of your performance and your physical appearance.
Our nutrition plans are based on 12 weeks.
*If you are within close proximity to Manchester or willing to travel, we are more than happy to accommodate regular one-2-one sessions and complete our ‘check-ins’ in person. This will allow us to assess your body-fat percentage, lean muscle mass, assess physiological biofeedback markers, complete biomechanical assessments and also add a stronger element of accountability to your programmes. All our packages are based on 12 weeks. We strongly suggest this approach, as we consider this to be the minimum time frame required to achieve significant gains. Our plan covers a maximum of variables.
All programs/packages are non refundable. Packages may be transferred at coaches discretion.
